It’s the middle of winter in Chicago and the snow is slushy and dirty so obviously I’m dreaming of mojitos on a rooftop bar in the summer.  We didn’t have any rum in the apartment, so we replaced it with citrus vodka...amazing.

On the way to Lake Geneva, we stopped at one of my favorite places! Unfortunately Chicago doesn't have a Sonic yet, but I hear that one will be opening up soon...can't wait!!
